The Jackalope is a mythical creature, depicted as a hare or rabbit with horns, said to exist in parts of North America. This strange creature was first seen as a mounted head in the 1930’s and quickly prompted storytellers from across the West to share their family legends concerning the strange creature. Although innocent in appearance, the Jackalope is known to be a rough and tough product of the wild West – one that can only be appeased with an offering of fine whiskey.
